Step 2: Pre-Assessment & Planning

For work permits, we assess your eligibility or review job offers. For recruitment or documentation, we review your company structure and staffing needs.

Timeframe: 2–3 business days

Step 3: Document Collection & Review

You provide the required documents, and we guide you on what’s missing or needs formatting. For employers, this might include LMNT, contracts, or registration.

Timeframe: Depends on document readiness (Typically 3–7 days)

Step 4: Drafting & Submission

We prepare, double-check, and submit applications (permits or HR documents) on your behalf. For recruitment, we begin sourcing and shortlisting candidates.

Timeframe:

Work Permits: Submission within 1 week
Documentation: Delivery in 5–10 business days
Recruitment: Candidate shortlist in 10–15 business days

Step 5: Monitoring & Communication

We keep you updated throughout. For work permits, we track applications with DETE. For hiring, we assist in interview coordination. For HR documents, we incorporate feedback.

Timeframe: Ongoing until decision or completion

Step 6: Finalisation & Aftercare

Once the outcome is received, we guide you on next steps—visa registration, onboarding, policy rollout, or permit renewals. We remain available for ongoing support.
